Welcome to Weber & Zick GmbH

Weber & Zick has been manufacturing precision-milled plastic parts and assemblies since 1997—ranging from individual parts based on drawings to complete systems. In our 1,500 m² production facility, we process all common plastics, from PP and PE to PFA, PVDF, and PEEK, as well as FM4910-approved materials.

What Sets Us Apart

• Large-format milling up to 5,600 × 2,400 × 400 mm
• Plastic welding processes such as hot-gas drawing, extrusion, heating element, and infrared welding
