From the drawing to the ready-to-install assembly: We perform machining on semi-finished plastic parts, weld them into assemblies, and support you from the design phase onward. Our focus is on the highest quality and on-time delivery.

CNC Milling of Plastic

Our milling centers can process parts up to 5,600 × 2,400 × 400 mm. This allows us to manufacture even large and complex milled parts in a single piece. In addition, we produce turned and bent parts according to customer drawings—as individual parts, prototypes, or in series.

Plastic Assemblies and Plastic Welding

The manufacture of plastic assemblies has been our core business for over 29 years. We use proven welding processes:

• Hot gas drawing welding
• Hot gas extrusion welding
• Heating element butt welding
• Infrared welding

Container, Tank, and Enclosure Construction

We manufacture plastic containers, tanks, and housings according to your specifications—for example, for chemical storage, firewater tanks, machine enclosures, and electroplating tanks for electroplating applications. We also specialize in plastic piping systems.

Cleanroom Technology and FM4910

For cleanroom and semiconductor applications, we use FM4910-approved materials that meet strict fire safety requirements.
